RETURNS & EXCHANGES


  • Item(s) purchased may be returned for up to 15 days after the original purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. If the item(s) are not in sellable condition due to negligence or abuse, they will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. NONCHALANT will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item(s) in the same form as the original payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

To start a return, contact us at info@nonchalant.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, contact us at info@nonchalant.com. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original credit card will be used for the price difference.

If you need the new item(s) immediately, place a new order online to ensure the item(s) availability and return the unwanted item(s). Item(s) must adhere to the return policy.

Damages and Issues

Satisfaction with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense.
